Westerhill Homes will launch the latest phase of its residential development at Passmore Green, Tovil near Maidstone, Kent on Saturday 23rd September from the offices of RPC New Homes in central Maidstone.

The first release of three bedroom terraced homes will be available to purchase offplan in phase two of the development, after phase one, comprising eight twobedroom terraces, sold-out within days of release last year.

Passmore Green is the latest development from Westerhill Homes, the residential brand of local Kent construction firm, Chartway Group. The three-bedroom collection at Passmore Green will feature two property styles, blending traditional Kentish architecture with red brick and white timber cladding.

Each home will come with individual parking, with the townhouses benefiting from a garage and parking.  All homes will have turfed or terraced rear gardens, a range of kitchen units from Westerhill Homes Signature Collection as well as integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,  and oven and gas hob.

Carpets will be fitted to all rooms (except bathrooms and kitchen where the floors will be tiled), wardrobe to master bedroom and all properties will come with a 10-year Premier Warranty.

The new homes benefit from a superb location on the fringes of Maidstone, offering frequent mainline train service to London Victoria as well as being conveniently located for easy access to the M20.

Beautiful countryside can be found right on the doorstep, with the 20-acre Hayle Park Nature Reserve located just half a mile away in Tovil.

Prices start from £312,500 including Stamp Duty, with £1,000 towards legal fees plus £1,000 towards moving costs (when using Westerhill Homes panel Solicitors & Financial Advisor).  The Government-backed Help to Buy Equity Loan Scheme is also available on the properties, meaning only a 5% deposit is required.
