A Premier Quality Recognition Award has been presented to the site construction team at Pebble Gate Place, Dover Road, Sandwich. The certificate is in recognition of the quality of site wide workmanship and management.
The Chartway Construction team, who have been working on the site since construction began in early 2021 , are constructing 56 homes with a high percentage going to their new homes sister-company Westerhill Homes. They have delivered the homes with a high standard of build and finish, and are delighted to have been recognised by Premier Guarantee.
Premier Guarantee inspect the homes at regular stages of the build and ensure that their strict standards are met or, exceeded. Established for 20 years they provide cover for structural warranties and building control. Building Control Inspectors provide a national service with local expertise, and are on hand to support and give advice to assist builders to meet building regulations.
