Chartway Group supports Sharratt’s, who are celebrating their 20th anniversary, by joining forces with seven of their staff and others to make up a team of about 30, cycling 300 miles from their offices in Brasted, Kent to Paris on the 26th to 29th September.
Two of Chartways senior management team are swapping their desks for bicycles in aid of SCOPE, the disability equality charity whose ethos they wholeheartedly support.
Stuart Mitchell & Tim McLoughlin have risen to the challenge and joined the Sharratts cycling team. Stuart is an experienced cyclist who has previously completed a London to Paris cycle ride. Tim is a novice in long-distance cycling, both of them are now engaged in a rigorous training program to get them ready for the challenge in September.
The ride starts from Sharratt’s offices in Brasted on 26th September, winding through the Kent countryside to cross the channel; then onwards, arriving in Paris on the 29th.
