Prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Award

We are delighted to announce that Dan Strich, Site Manager at our Stones Farm construction site at Sittingbourne, Kent has won a Quality Award in the first round of the NHBC’s Pride in the Job Awards 2022.

The NHBC Pride in the Job Award is the culmination of a process of six keys areas of stringent assessment: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety.
The NHBC is one of the country’s leading warranty and insurance providers, and an industry recognised body raising the standards of house building in the UK.

Nick Brasier, Construction Drector at Chartway Group, said “ This award, in the first round of the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2022, is well-deserved recognition for Dan who, along with the whole Chartway site team have consistently exceeded our expectations for quality of workmanship, site management and delivery to our clients Hyde New Homes.

We recently commenced our Chartway DNA Program which aligns with the Award criteria and is in action across all of our sites.
Congratulations to Dan and the team at Stones Farm, we look forward to you receiving many more awards as the site develops!”
Stones Farm is a mixed tenure development for our clients Hyde New Homes, and includes houses and blocks of apartments, located at Bapchild on the edge of Sittingbourne. It’s the second construction partnership with Hyde New Homes , the first being Heron Fields at Great Easthall.
