This new build development consisted of one, six storey block of apartments containing 21 homes in total and is constructed in concrete frame in partnership with Heart of Medway. It is a mix of 1 and 2 homes of mixed tenure.
The positioning of the residential dwellings was designed to maximise space on a very restricted site and to define character on the overall scheme layout within the local urban setting. Private access is formed that is fully compliant with Secured by Design standards and offers residents secure accommodation with private access to each floor level.
The overall aim was to achieve an environment that maximised the quality of life for people who live and work in the local area, with excellent views onto the historic listed buildings such as Corpus Christi Hall and views over the river Medway.
