This site benefited from the use of off-site modular technology for the unit construction with groundworks being carried out by our in house team whilst the units were in production in a factory. This allowed for several efficiencies in the construction process whilst dramatically cutting down on site waste. The site used photo voltaics to power the communal areas for the Client to provide a valuable feed-in tariff income. as well as subsidised power to run the communal areas. The site has been built to Code 3 and has lifetime homes requirements incorporated.
