Chartway Group were delighted to have been awarded the construction of 23 new homes for Medway Council.
The new units were built on Council owned land comprising of vacant plots or former lock up garages. All sites were built to the latest requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes and incorporated a number of specialist disabled units all for local Medway residents.
