This new build development consisted of 27 contemporary designed houses and flats for mixed tenure and was constructed in 2016 on behalf of Town & Country Housing Group.
Located within the rural village of Pembury near Tunbridge Wells, this site was developed in partnership with the local authority and parish council. A number of key ecological factors were apparent on the site and through positive working practices with key stakeholders the project was developed for affordable housing, which is much needed in the area.
