Chartway Partnerships Group, a leading South East England land-led housebuilder, is expanding its footprint with the opening of a new office in Crawley, West Sussex. The move comes as part of the company’s strategic growth plans to develop new homes across Sussex, Surrey and Essex.
The new office is the first for Chartway outside Kent, enabling the business to kick start the creation of a regional structure within the Group. The Crawley office will be home to members of the Group team including the Partnerships team and the PSP strategic asset management team.
The Sussex base is an exciting move for Chartway to support the strategic objectives of growing new partnerships with housing associations and deliver its land-led housebuilding plans of hitting 1,500 new homes per year by 2030.
Chartway is well positioned to take advantage of improving market conditions, having achieved significant growth in recent years. From the new office, Chartway will be able to rapidly expand its operations and provide more homes for people across the South East.
