Covid-19 (Coronavirus) update Friday 27th March
Following the outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus in the UK, Chartway Group has worked closely with our team members, supply chain partners, customers and clients / joint venture partners to do all we can to keep our people safe and our sites running.
The Board are proud that our team members and supply chain partners have risen to the challenge and have done a fantastic job in incredibly difficult circumstances.
The Board of Chartway Group has now taken the pro-active and pre-emptive decision to implement the phased closure of its operational sites.
The phased closure of site operations is to commence at 2 pm today, the 27th of March 2020.
Chartway Group is proud to support our country, government, and especially our NHS, and we applaud their heroic efforts in keeping us all safe in these unprecedented times.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and remain ready, when Government guidance allows, to recommence operations as soon as practicably possible.
