Westerhill Homes by Chartway, the new homes arm of Kent-based Chartway Group have announced their partnership with West Kent Housing Association, to deliver 27 affordable homes at the award-winning Group’s latest development, Manston Gardens, Manston, Kent.
Both Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent homes will be available including 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 2 & 3 bedroom houses.
Formerly allotments the site sits on the edge of Manston, and forms part of the wider expansion of Manston as part of the approved Manston Green development which will eventually include 785 dwellings.
