We were awarded the construction of 13 new dwellings across two sites along with five off street parking areas, a new retail unit and associated landscaping by, Sevenoaks District Council.
The first residential site comprised of three three-bedroom houses and three two-bedroom houses. The second site consists of a further three three-bedroom houses and two two-bedroom houses. Additionally, we are also constructing a new community retail unit with a total of two flats above.
All of the new properties will be provided for affordable housing.
