This new build development is being constructed by Chartway Group on behalf of West Kent Housing Association.
Following successfully securing the project by way of competitive tender, Chartway Group are constructing this project to deliver 31 homes for the over 55’s.
The finished project will consist of 31 private apartments for rent and also a communal lounge, kitchen and garden areas.
