Frognal Place, Teynham will comprise 300 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom new homes as well as an employment area, sports pitch, pavilion and open space with allotments and a community Orchard, making it a truly mixed use and sustainable development.
Teynham, is a large village located approximately mid-way between Sittingbourne(3.6 miles) and Faversham (4.3 miles) on the A2 London Road and offers the opportunity to explore and enjoy both town, coast and country living. It is well connected both by road and rail, with travel to London from Teynham train station (or Sittingbourne Station) in just over an hour and the popular coastal town of Whitstable (12.5 mile) is just 30 minutes away by car.
Schools in the area are excellent with Teynham Parochial C of E Primary (Ofsted Rating Good) adjacent to the development and a wealth of Secondary education choices provided by well respected comprehensives and grammar schools in Sittingbourne, Maidstone or Faversham, all accessible by public transport.
The market towns of Sittingbourne and Faversham provide all the facilities that you would expect from large Towns, including high street stores and supermarkets as well as entertainment and leisure facilities.
